- Add a cylinder and shape them
- Create anode and cathode
- Add a point light in the middle of the LED. Increase the radius of the lamp
- Add glass material, give a bit roughness and a lot of IOR. I give 6.2 for IOR and 0.050 for roughness.
- Add volume scatter node to volume input and set density which you are comfortable.
- And you are ready to render
